As Head of Brand for Caribou Coffee, she led the organization through a brand evolution resulting in an updated logo, store and menu design and voice.

She has led executive communications and enterprise narrative strategy inside Fortune 50 environments, guiding leaders through growth, transformation and high-stakes change. From emerging technologies to culture shifts and large-scale operational transformation, she connects ambition, action and impact into one clear, compelling voice.

At Mile 27, Lauren partners with senior leaders to sharpen positioning, align teams and translate strategy into narratives that drive confidence, engagement and measurable results.
